Engineering world wide English is the universal language. English Second Language(ESL)should not be allowed in our school systems. We make it to easy for people from Mexico to come to this country and use our tax dollars when they are not in this country legally. Albuquerque Public Schools will harbor and spend my tax money towards people who do not pay taxes.

America is a big place and we speak many languages in the American continent. United States should have one official language, but don't nock those that want to speak other idioms.
